The teachings of Philip G. Roets & Lois Roets

New Testament

Teachings by Philip G. Roets STL, SSL

The Four Gospels

Matthew, Mark, Luke, John

The Gospels are the heart of the New Testament. Each evangelist presents the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ from a unique perspective, together forming a rich portrait of the Savior.

Acts of the Apostles

Acts

Written by Luke as a sequel to his Gospel, Acts traces the spread of the early Church from Jerusalem to Rome, guided by the Holy Spirit through the ministry of Peter, Paul, and the other apostles.

The Letters of Paul

Romans through Philemon

Paul's letters address the practical and theological challenges of early Christian communities. They remain foundational texts for Christian doctrine, ethics, and spirituality.

The Catholic Letters

Hebrews, James, 1–2 Peter, 1–3 John, Jude

These letters were addressed to the broader Church rather than specific communities. They offer wisdom on faith, suffering, love, and perseverance in the Christian life.

The Book of Revelation

Revelation

The final book of the Bible is a prophetic vision given to John. Written in symbolic language, it proclaims the ultimate victory of God over evil and the hope of eternal life for all who remain faithful.
